Assess attendees using the Caliper Profile with organizations to determine who is ready for the next step to supervisor or manager. The EQi 2.0 is also used to determine how well the individual will communicate with others in order to get things done.

With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, I've spent the last 18 years in Training and Development, Course Development, Training Facilitation, Assessments, Coaching, and Succession Planning.

I am a seasoned Human Resources and Learning and Development professional with 30+ years of experience in Human Resources in the last 15 years focused specifically on :

My background in Human Resources, Career Development, Performance Management, and Talent Development assist me in developing solutions that drive change and provide positive results.
My focus is on small to mid-sized companies as well as departments in larger organizations that would benefit from my assistance. My expertise provides my clients with a customized experience based on careful listening and great questions.
I live in South Bend, Indiana, and hold a bachelor’s degree in Personnel Organizational Psychology from Purdue University with Masters work in Human Resources from Capella University. I’m certified as a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP), and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute.
I am certified in the EQI 2.0 and EQi 360 assessments and have used the Caliper profile for job fit for over 20 years.
To support my community I currently serve on the Board of Directors of Women Business Owners of Michiana. I served on the Youth Service Bureau Board for 6 years with the last year as President. I am a past President of the Michiana Chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) where I served on the board for 8 years. I also served on the Indiana SHRM State Council for 3 years.
I speak at meetings and conferences on a variety of topics such as Assessments, Training and Development and Emotional Intelligence.
