I am a seasoned Human Resources and Learning and Development professional with 30+ years of experience in Human Resources with the last 15 years focused specifically on developing customized training, facilitation assessments and coaching. My straightforward yet insightful approach helps teams, individuals and organizations identify, assess and develop their talent.
My consulting experience with Crowe Horwath focused on companies across the United States from colleges, to financial institutions, to manufacturing. These experiences allow me to address training and development issues and develop solutions that drive change and provide positive results.
My focus is on small to mid-sized companies or departments in larger organizations who need assistance. My expertise provides my clients with a customized experience based on careful listening and great questions.
I live in South Bend, Indiana and hold a bachelor’s degree in Personnel Organizational Psychology from Purdue University with Masters work in Human Resources from Capella University. I’m certified as a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP), and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute. I am also certified in the EQi 2.0 assessment and have used the Caliper profile for job fit for over 25 years.
Active in local and regional community efforts, I am a past President of the Michiana Chapter of SHRM where I served on the board for 8 years. I also served on the Indiana SHRM State Council for 3 years. I am a past President and board member of the Youth Service Bureau Board where I served for 6 years. I speak at conferences on a variety of topics including Assessments, Training and Development and Emotional Intelligence.
