Supervisor Development Program​
Developing New Leaders
For first-time or existing supervisors who may need additional training.
Classes are customized to the attendees’ needs through the use of an assessment to determine training needs for the group prior to sessions beginning.
This unique program includes two assessments, the Caliper Profile and the EQi 2.0 for coaching and development purposes, feedback and regular coaching with the participant and her/his manager.
The end of each training session ends with a commitment to work on something shared in the class, and the following class begins by sharing what was actually completed.
